This program allows users to access wireless authentication for the communal entrance, automatic elevator calling service, and automatic door opening and closing service through the "Smartphone Key System." To utilize this service, users need to fill out an application form at the management office and undergo identity verification.
The application utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy technology for the "door opening" function, requiring the "Location" permission. For smartphones with the latest Android operating system, selecting the "Always Allow" option for the "Location" permission is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the "door opening" feature, even when the app is not actively running.
The "Storage" permission is used solely for storing non-critical temporary user information and does not transmit or store this information on external servers.
To prevent the forced termination of the smartphone key process by the operating system when the application is not actively used after activating the "door opening" function, users need to relaunch the application to reactivate the feature.
To maintain the continuous activation of the "door opening" function, users can exclude the Hyundai Construction Smartphone Key application from the operating system's "Battery Optimization" feature. This setting can be accessed through a pop-up notification upon launching the application or by navigating to the left top menu, selecting "Settings," and then choosing the "Exclude from Battery Optimization" menu. Please note that excluding the application from battery optimization is an optional feature and not mandatory.
